Pastors Gordon and Delores Mueller are the founders of Believers’ Victory International Church, located in the City of Carson, California, where Pastor Gordon serves as the Senior Pastor.

Pastors Gordon and Delores are high school sweet hearts and have been faithfully married to each other for nearly 40 years. They are long-time residents of the south bay area and have raised three wonderful children, Leinea, Moriah, and Eli-sha, all three of whom are married with children of their own. They are also actively involved in the ministry.

It was in 1983 when Pastors Gordon and Delores Mueller asked Jesus into their hearts – to be the Lord of their lives. After surrendering their lives to Christ, the Lord led them to a local church where they eventually became members and served together over a period of 18 years. Their humble beginnings in servant-ship began with cleaning the church. Throughout the years that followed, Pastor Gordon would also serve as an altar worker, musician, Sunday school teacher, youth minister, Deacon, Assistant Pastor, and eventually was voted on to the Board of Directors. While Pastor Delores worked very closely with her husband, she also served in the children’s Sunday school and was the Secretary of the Board of the women’s ministry.

But in August of 2002, the Lord set them apart for the work for which He had called them.

With much prayer and counsel, Pastors Gordon and Delores Mueller, by the leading of the Holy Spirit launched out from their church leaving behind many wonderful memories and friendships. Though it was hard for them to leave they knew the Lord was closing one door and opening another.

On the first Sunday of September 2002, they met with their children for worship in the living room of their home. In the middle of the second week the Lord added two families to their meetings, and by months end there was a total of four families meeting on Wednesdays and Sundays. At the end of October they had grown to six families meeting on a regular basis.

The fruit was evident that a ministry was being birthed in the living room of their home. Then, by direction of the Holy Spirit in the month of November, Pastors Gordon and Delores Mueller officially announced the launching of the ministry.

Along with the calling of pastoring a growing and thriving church, pastors Gordon & Delores Mueller also find the time to travel and speak at other churches and conferences.

In 2008, the Lord instructed Pastor Gordon to host the first International Believers’ Victory Conference under Gordon Mueller Ministries International (GMMI), held now annually in southern California. The 6 day meeting has included guest speakers with the likes of, Frederick K.C. Price, Creflo Dollar, Keith Moore, Jerry Savelle, Nasir Siddiki, Myles Munroe, Bill Winston, Dennis Burke, and Fred Price, Jr.

Pastor Gordon currently serves on the compensation board of Dr. Nasir Siddiki, an international minister and author, and who’s television program “Winning With Wisdom” is seen worldwide on TBN, Daystar, and GODTV.

Pastors Gordon & Delores Mueller are also the founders and former business partners of the American Wellness Company, also Known as Amwell, a successful internet and mail order vitamin company located in Torrance, California.

From 2001 – 2002, Pastor Gordon served as interim CEO for All That’s Natural, a health and beauty company that was originally based in Gardena, California.

One of the great high-lights of ministry for Pastors Gordon & Delores came in November of 2010 when they were asked to be interviewed for a featured segment on Kenneth Copeland’s “Believers’ Voice of Victory” broadcast.
