The fruit was evident that a ministry was being birthed in the living room of their home. Then, by direction of the Holy Spirit in the month of November, Pastors Gordon and Delores Mueller officially announced the launching of their ministry.

BELIEVERS’ VICTORY INTERNATIONAL CHURCH IS BORN
By month’s end of November, 2002, Pastors Gordon and Delores moved the meetings to their business office in the City of Carson. There, they designated an area of their warehouse and began conducting services under the name “Victory of Faith Christian Center”, which was later changed to “Believers’ Victory International Church”. Approximately 10-12 families gathered together every week for worship, the Word of God, and prayer.

Not long after, a search was soon initiated to find a facility that would accommodate their ever growing needs as a congregation. To date, the members of Believers’ Victory International Church have a place they call home, at least for the time being! The facilities provide a gracious sanctuary with an open reception area, and an adjacent children’s and youth Sunday school hall with nursery and toddler accommodations, an administrative office, a sound and video editing room, a commercial kitchen and a café in a beautifully landscaped commercial park, located in the City of Carson.

• We are a growing racially blended family church that’s on the move and on the rise!
• We are a ministry of faith, hope, and love, exalting the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
• We are believers from all walks of life who are at different places in our relationship with God in our lives.
• We are truck drivers and business owners, students and homemakers, career professionals and retirees, and just about any other vocation you can think of, but most importantly, we’re family!
• We are learning to live our lives according to the promises of God’s Word each day, growing from faith to faith and changing from glory to glory.
• We are men and women who are exhorted to conduct our daily lives with honor and integrity.
• We are people of vision and purpose with our eyes on the prize, looking unto JESUS the author and finisher of our faith, for we are called to walk by faith and not by sight!
• We are looking to be a blessing to our families, our church, our communities, and our nation. We want to be part of God’s answer to the problems that face our society.
• We are Believers’ Victory International Church and together, we’re reaching out, loving people, and changing lives!

OUR VISION: The vision of Believers’ Victory International Church aka Gordon Mueller Ministries International is three-fold:

• One: It is to partner with the Lord in the building of a growing racially-blended congregation and an international partnership of prosperous believers who love the Lord above all else, and are passionate about winning souls and making disciples for Jesus Christ!
• Two: It is to disciple a strong core of leaders who are Spirit-led, love motivated, and faithfully committed to our vision and mission!
• Three: It is a vision of believers who know the Word, know how to pray according to the Word, and know how to appropriate their faith for personal victory and for the victory of others, locally and throughout the world!

OUR MISSION: “Together, reach out. Love people. Change lives.”

Our three-fold approach:

• One: Reach the lost through the preaching of the gospel (good news) of Christ, which is the power of God unto salvation.
• Two: Teach believers who they are in Christ; How to exercise their authority, walk in their covenant rights, and live out their inheritance.
• Three: Heal the sick and diseased, and set the captives free through faith in the Name of Jesus Christ and power of the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 9:35)

And last, but not least, proclaim to the nations that Jesus Is Lord…and our soon and coming King!
